Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. For delivery outside Canada, email hello@seravancouver.com with your location and we’ll check the available options and costs.

Preorders

The Sera Crossbody is in production and is expected to ship from Vancouver in the first week of November 2026. This is an estimated shipping window; delivery time begins after your bag ships and varies by destination. We’ll email you tracking information when it’s on its way.

If the shipping window changes, we’ll email you with an update and the option to cancel your preorder for a full refund before it ships.
