Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Sera Vancouver preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. To request a cancellation, email hello@seravancouver.com with your order number.

We expect preorders to ship from Vancouver in the first week of November 2026. If that estimate changes, we’ll email you with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
